How to speak in public without getting nervous

Today I bring you a new video to help you with a very important aspect of your practice as a well-being professional. It’s a skill that is sometimes overlooked but is essential nowadays.
Do you have to speak in public? Whether it’s at a conference, with your clients, or on social media, if you have an active professional practice, sooner or later you’ll have to do it.

Your communication skills are non-negotiable now. Being able to speak in public, make a video, record audio, or write a post is almost a requirement nowadays.

Being able to express ourselves authentically, clearly, and confidently is something we can learn, and in today's class, I'll tell you how. And, of course, we'll do it with a lot of movement.
