As you know, everything is changing. And mental health approaches are no exception. One of the greatest exponents of this change is Dr. Stephen Porges, with whom I had the honor of speaking in today’s episode of Intelligent Movement TV.
Dr. Porges is the creator of the Polyvagal Theory, which provides an innovative model for understanding the body's responses to trauma and stress and the importance of physiological state for mental health.
